Kokoda Spirit's Kokoda Trail Walk from Kagi to Kokoda is a great adventure for trekkers who don't have time to walk the entire trail.  The Kokoda Trail walk takes you to the most well known historic sites along the Kokoda Track with plenty of jungle in between.

Itinerary

What's Included

Open a Kokoda Trail map popup window to follow the waypoints.

Day 1:

Depart Port Moresby Airport for charter flight to Kagi airfield. Arrive Kagi airfield commence trek to Mt Bellamy Camp. Overnight at Mt Bellamy Camp (jungle camp)

Day 2:

Trek from Mt Bellamy Camp to Templeton's Crossing No.2. Overnight Templeton's Crossing No.2 (jungle camp)

Day 3:

Trek from Templeton's crossing No. 2 to Alola. Overnight at Alola Village Guest house.

Day 4:

Trek from Alola to Isurava memorial. Trek from Isurava memorial to Kokoda District Headquarters.  Return charter flight to Port Moresby.

* The AU $1,995 price per person is based on the services of a local Tour Guide.  Treks are led by the very best local professional guides from the region we walk in.

Add for the services of a Personal Porter AU $600.  Personal Porters to carry your rucksack or backpack and are recommended for many trekkers.  Do you need a Personal Porter?
